Turn signal does not turn off

Hey guys,

My turn signal lever does not turn off after the wheel is returned to center. Is this normally the problem?

Yes that's the problem but a really cheesy way to fix it, but it works.

turn signals not cancelling and that ebay piece has nothing to do with the horn working or not
