Relaced my bezel on my 68 Charger dashboard, and everything seems to be hooked up and running fine except I seem to now have a short on my right turn signal now. Left turn signal is fine, but when I engage the right, it pegs the amp. guage and I hear a little spark in the turn signal switch. I looked under the dash and can't find anything obvious that would cause the problem. Theories and thoughts?? Thanks.

make sure the indicator bulb is seated in its housing properly. might be making partial contact.

Grounds, even the bezel screws create a ground for the cluster you either took a ground out or shot a screw into the harness. Could be blinker relay out and causing a short.

Could be just the turn signal cam is worn out and arcing. If you are hearing sparking in the turn signal cam most likely some thing has burned up, take it apart and replace it they are very inexpensive and can be bought from a local store.

Make sure all your grounds are good meaning check every screw make sure it is tight.

I pulled the indicator bulb, and now no problem. I will have to get up under there and make sure it seats well. Sounds like this was contributing to the casue. Thanks guys!!!
