Turn Signal Switch New.

I’m questioning if this is new or not. Took a closer look. First pic shows 3 wires cut. When I look this part up and compare it to the second pic… it’s different. Second pic is what I have and Third pic is how it comes up when I google it. If anyone could shed some light on this as to why this is different or if those 3 wires are supposed be cut. If this was modified I’ll be dropping the price. Connections and switch are solid.
