Does anyone know what all i would have to do to turn a 68 satelite into a 69? I know about the hood and marker lights etc... I was just wondering if the tail light bezels will interchange and also the grilles? And deck lid etc....

rear extensions does nor have the same angle as 68.

Is your goal to make a clone 1969 Road Runner? If so, just save your money & just buy a nice '69; there's plenty around. If you choose your route, you'll have a bastardized mess that won't be worth what you have into it.

Here's a 68.......

Rectangular Side marker lites on 69's instead of round 68's, 69's taillights & bezels with out chrome surrounds of the 68's, an indentation in the rear of the trunk lid on 69's, instead of flush in 68, the rear bumper is also different between a 69 & 68, 69's grill with black & chrome horizontal lines, instead of Argent colored small rectangular sections of the 68's, also the radiator support on the ends, where the adjustable hood bumpers are is different, they will all interchange & bolt up for the most part, though...

Different dash pad and heater control as well, different horn, different running birds and emblems on car and dash. I agree, go find a '69 if that's what you want.

This is coming from someone that prefers the `68's so it shouldn't come as a suprise when I say find a `69 if you want a `69. I think they made more in `69 anyway.
