WTB Two hole firewall grommet

I'm looking for a two hole firewall grommet like this:

. It's about 2" long and goes in about a 3/4" hole. It is used to route the climate control switch vacuum wires thru the far left side of the firewall. It might have also been used to route large wires thru the firewall on some cars as well.

Those hoses pull out of the grommet with some penetrating oil and some persuasion.
