I am working on my 71 getting ready for this year cruise,back ground 318 904 8 1/4 rear end all org parts.I need to know what is the part number for front and rear U joints.thanks gents.

Most parts houses around my area have them.....

get genuine factory or dana/ spicer joints
only ones since TRW left the scean that are deep case hardned
none of that flame hardenering or electro crap
you can get the ones that grease through the cap

Most likely but you really need to measure them to find out exactly what's in it. I've found some that were different and even had a small one in the front and a large one in the back! This was on a 340 Challenger back in the mid 70's and don't think anyone had been in it before that.....

My 318/904 with a 8.25 rear has 7260's.
I just swapped them last week.
