Unknown relay

Anyone know what this relay is for? I found it in my car under the seat.

Looks like a horn relay for a 71/72 b body

71/73 B/E body horn relay and key in buzzer. It mounts straight to the fuse block.

It works also on 74s, just that the buzzers functions changed for that year and that one won't buzz, but the horn relay section will work and fit

Ok thanks folks, my horn switch on steering wheel is stuck in the honk position. Makes sense now why it's unplugged.
