I am looking for a trim shop in my area (Apollo Beach, FL); I want to have the seat foam replaced in my front bucket seats - 67 GTX.

Any recommendations? Any shops to avoid?
 
For what these shops charge, you're better off doing it yourself. It's not that hard.

If you're up to the task of doing it yourself then i would do that. here is a link to the place that did my 66 Charger seats. They were custom but used the stock replacement foam and added more bolstering to them. My seats were not cheap. But they are awesome.

I may do it myself. I have seen several different styles of seat foam and this looks most like the original:
