I am not going to lie about which is right. #1 could be but has no take off for headlights. Number #2 is for a 68-9 charger with vacuum headlights manual brakes. Number #3 could be but I think it maybe too small for power brakes and vacuum headlights on a 68-9 charger. Bob Horman
