just put on a new Edlebrock intake and Mopar Performance valve covers, my question is, is the PCV valve enough or do I need to put in another breather on the other cover. Engine a 1973, pretty much stock 318, except I changed intakes in the past and have a 4bbl. carb.

Put in the other breather for the times when the vacuum isn't keeping up with the blow by.

x2

And if you dont have a stock air cleaner and use the breather back into the cleaner then just put on a filter vent breather on the opposite valve cover of the PCV.
