Vent window handle

Does anyone reproduce vent window handles? My drivers handle is worn down enough that it causes an annoying whistle, I can see where it has had a groove worn in it.

Not sure that any form of epoxy would hold up if I was to fill it in.

Why not buy a used vent window and get what you need on that?

Saw on FB market place a guy in eastern Iowa was selling bunch of misc Mopar parts and saw vent windows
