I have opened a barrel of Monkeys, I keep running into potential issues in achieving success in getting my roll away lights to work on my 66 charger, but now I have discovered the voltage regulator may be bad. Battery and Alternator checked out ok. Is it really worth all the time to test it and if so whats the best way of doing it, or do I just go buy a new one and be done with it?
By the way any suggestions on the head lights is welcome as well. I have taken apart the relays behind the glove box and cleaned them all, they seem to be in good shape.
Next is cleaning the ground wires by the headlight motors. Anyone who has achieved success in this please chime in on either subject. Motors are functioning btw on the headlight assembly

Regulator is cheap. Just swap it. If it turns out to not be the problem, you at least have a spare.
