Voltmeter install on 70 B-Body with Standard Dash

I can not seem to find any info on if anyone has done a Voltmeter swap on a 70 B-body with a standard dash. I can find lots for Rally dashes.

I saved these pictures from here a few years ago when I was looking at doing the Rallye Dash conversion....

I honestly cannot remember who did these (2 different cars) ....maybe someone will recognise their dash here.
