Trying to blast carbon from my heads using 24 grit fine walnut nedia from harbor freight. My eastwood sandbaster will not allow the walnut media to come through the gun, plugs up instantly. Media is dry so the only thing I can think of is nozzle size is too small? Works fine for playground sand. It is about an 1/8 inch ceramic rubber type nozzle for standard gun. I tried to drill out a tip but ceramic is hard LOL

Any tips on how to get walnut nedia to work correctly?

Thanks

A drill for ceramic tile, I wouldn't use one that's like a spade.

That ceramic nozzle is brittle! Try to force a carbide drill through that and you'll have a
two-piece nozzle! Check with Harbor frieght and see if the walnut media will work in their little red hand held blaster? I use that
little one for soda and it works great, but walnut media I don't know.

Yeah going back there tomorrow. That is where I found the walnut blasting media but I thought it would work fine with my two eastwood blasters.
