WANTED/TRADE:
You don't know unless you put it out there. I know this is a shot in the dark to find the right person with the right car that is interested in what I have and want to do but here goes.
My goal is to end up with a GOOD 1966 Charger big block (could even be a 361 engine) 4 speed, with a minimum of options to include working factory A/C, P.S., GOOD colors. Colors can be red, blue, turquoise, black, mauve, silver or white. NO NON FACTORY COLORS. I would take a dark green ONLY if it had a white interior. Must be a running, rust free, respectable appearing, driver quality car. I have no interest is a cobbled together bondoed up car that you think you can pass of a done correctly car. I don't have a problem with replacement metal as long as it was done correctly and looks right. The engine quality is not a big concern as I have plans for it's replacement.
I currently have a 1966 HEMI Coronet 2 door sedan 4 speed car (1 of 11 built) in good condition. Original California/AZ. car only. Lots of picture, documentation (including original fender tag and broadcast sheet) and description available to interested parties.
I also have a 1969 A12 6 pack Super Bee that was originally an auto trans car converted to 4 speed, P.S., P.B. It is a bucket seat/console car with a 1970 pistol grip shifter. Conversion started to factory A/C. Many other changes/upgrades from factory as well. Interior is new but exterior needs paint. The car is rust free. Original fender tag and broadcast sheet.
I am willing to listen to trade offers for either car. Understand that I intend to keep the engine from the Super Bee for install in the new Charger purchase. This engine is NOT the original six pack engine for the car.
Please, no dreamers that think they are going to get a Hemi or six pack car as an even trade. This will be a plus cash trade on either of my cars going my way. I know what my cars are worth and I will know what your car is worth but I will be very fair for both parties.
I know this will take a lot of conversation on both sides so if you make your initial contact by email I will expect a phone number as I will NOT be your email pen pal about this.
