I have a used Barry Grant 750 Mighty Demon Mechanical Secondary for $325 plus freight. Comes with braided steel fuel line.

If you don't want to "tinker, fool and/or fiddle with it",Don't buy a used holly. The gaskets dry out from sitting and you'll wish you never saw the thing! Now if you like rebuilding/tuning then hollys are great! But for the minimal amount of fuss look at the Edelbrock street series from Summit. It's a carter type and because of it's construction the fuel bowls can't leak. Summit has their own brand of what looks like the old autolight series which won't leak either. Any way hope this helps. Any carb will "dry-out" and leak....not just a Holley. Edelbrock carbs work ok, but they are not a performance carb by any stretch. I have a 750 Barry Grant Silver Claw for sale for $275. Fulley rebuilt and wet tested. I can re-jet for your needs.
