Yes...not popular but it was available.

From what I've read:
In 1966 they offered the 361 - 2bbl in b-bodies
In 1967 they offered the 383 - 2bbl in b-bodies (and a 4 - barrell as well)

Likely very few still have the original engine with the 2 bbl and the original transmission.

Best friend in high school had an uncle who bought one new. It was a real oddball back in the day, with the stock single exhaust, and full wheel covers.

Yeah ^^^^ My buddy bought new 1971 Challenger 383 2bbl 4 speed.
Didn't stay that way. Insurance was a problem in the late 60's-early 70's
So Chrysler was doing 2bbl 4 speed cars and 340 3 speed cars too to beat the rate increase on performance cars.
True or not I don't know. I just remember when I bought a 340 3 speed Duster in 1970 that is what the insurance agent told me way back then.

How about a 70 ? 54 years ago was a long time ago...

318's only came with a 2bbl. and 4 speed was available, so why not a 383 2 bbl.?

Four speed was NOT available with a 318 in a B body in 67.

I cold have sworn we just had a thread/post about a 67 Dodge, where a very knowledgeable member said 383-2 and four speed wasn't available in 67.

As 69Coronetrt kindly posted, yes.
