Weather strip '62 Dodge

Looking for a good outfit (company) to buy all my weather stripping from.1962 Polara/ Dart hardtop. Need both sides, roof strip, between door and quarter side glass, whiskers in the doors and quarters. Front windshield and rear glass are in good condition. Seams like I find one piece from one company but not all the pieces. Thanks in advance...

FYI I tried the aftermarket/reproduction door weather strip and found it to be too thick. Door would not close unless you really slammed it and then would "POP" when you opened it. Depending on your color I have a NOS connection I could share.

I too had to go with various outfits for my Fury. It may be the only way. I used Kramer, Atlas Obsolete, J.C. Auto and Restoration Specialties.

I guess I'm asking for too much. It wasn't that long ago, nobody was even reproducing replacement parts for this year car. Thanks for the imfo on a couple of places I haven't tried yet.

Just Mopar (fran bishop racing) there is an add to the upper right of your screen. Great Guy. Very knowlegable. great fill rate on orders.

On eBay Motors type 1962 Plymouth in the search window. Metro Molded Rubber has a lot of stuff. SMS Fabrics sells NOS cloth+Vinyl or will manufacture for you. They arent cheap though. Cost me 350 for the cloth+Vinyl bench seats in my sons Belverdere. Not counting padding and labor I hired out. I find all the stuff I need on eBay if I cant find it here on FBBO. If someone isnt listing it now, check every few days and always search under "Newly Listed" that way you only have to go back a day or two.That said it might take months if you want something vintage original off a car someone is parting out. Stil looking after 3 yrs for nice original blue door panels for the froint of my 4door post. The backs were perfect. the top of the fronts we matched the vinyl and had to hide the szeam with a chrome stip. I prefer originals. Cant afford the 400-500 legendary wants for the 4 doors done new. I prefer original anyway. My sons and I have 3 1962 B Bodies. Thus my screen name. Actually four if you count the dismantled one. All from different states too! Their stories are in my photo gallery. Havent progressed much though in the past two years, 3 are drivers but need finishing.90% restored? One got a/c this year. My health is getting too bad to even direct them how to finish them. They should be done soon though, maybe this summer when they are on break.? God and health permitting. Sons are grown and pretty much know the cars inside out.

Thanks 3bb for the imfo! I've been dealing with the arthritis the last five yrs and hope I get mine done while I still can. Good luck with finishing yours. These cars can give you a reason to get up in the morning if you know what I mean...
