I am attempting to get seats recovered and I found a weird part under the front seats. Can anyone identify this part?

Oh, I was hoping it was a ultra rare lunch pail discombobulator. This is useless to me so I wonder if anyone would need it, if it even works.

Mount it to your garage wall for a conversation piece. Also mount a set of points next to it for even more conversation :D

I wonder if I can run a few leads from it and attach it to various body parts to 'make 'em talk'...

You found the missing flux capacitor !!!!!!

Hang on to that. That under seat find is unique!

I found the regulator and a Mr. Norms license plate frame so far. The two broadcast sheets that came with the sale of the car were unfortunately not for my Bee. I am the third owner as the second owner bought it from the original owner in 2009 and restored it from its funky W.O.W. eighties acid bubble paint job. I bought it from him after the restoration in 2010-2011.
