He is playing 6 shows in Des Moines in a hall that seats 16,000.
My wife and me went to the second or late one last night 11:00 until 2:00am 1st time I ever seen him play. Keep in mind he his wife and band did a 7:00 to 10:00 show just before ours.

no matter if you like his music or not that guy can put on a show for 6hrs with a 1 hr break in between and never miss a beat. Played all his old hits along with some new stuff
The only bad thing was beer was pretty high priced LOL.

Glad you enjoyed it. Sounds like the man likes performing.

I went Sat. night. Man he puts on a good show. I'd say it was 2nd best concert I've been to, Eagles being #1

You mean you saw "the Garth Brooks persona" of whatever that guy's real name is.

That's just weird.

Troyal Garth Brooks. No wonder he wants to be known by his middle name! But what the hell kind of first name is Troyal?!?!?!?!?!?

I thought he had half a dozen projects going, all under different pseudonyms, and in all sorts of varied styles and genres....

I recall seeing him on a talk show in the late 90's, and he used the term "Garth Brooks persona".

I like "Friends in low places" reminds me of most of my buddies.

I saw him in the 90's he was great then. I think he redefined some of the modern concert experiences. How can you not like him? He's from Oklahoma.

I like the name Garth....since its my first name. I have got the "like Garth Brooks" my whole life. It made me pretty popular at the bars when I visited Nashville though. Ha ha.
