Hello, First time posting. I have a 1970 satellite. 440,727 trans (small stall) 3.91 8 and 3/4 rear.
This is my first Mopar, I bought three years ago at the age of 47. Wish I would have bought one a lot sooner!
My problem is I pulled motor to paint engine compartment to color. Looking at motor with headers off I noticed that one valve looks a little wet and slightly rusted color. I found out the hard way awhile back that Mopar runs water jackets through header bolt holes. Wondering if maybe one is leaking and it's getting into valve area? The area around the exhaust ports does also look a little damp. Please understand that I like to drive my cars a lot more than working on them! I don't really know a lot about internal motor issues. Thanks! Mike

If a header bolt or stud was removed next to that valve port, it might be that coolant came from that bolt hole and ran in there.

Welcome to the forum Mike.
