What is this condenser looking thing next to the voltage reducer on this 63 Plymouth dash cluster. Don’t see one on my 62’ cluster?

It's a noise suppressor for the radio.

Wasn’t 100 percent sure which he was talking about .
I did say “ and” . That “and”didnt Mean that the round part was a suppressor AND a voltage limiter….that would be crazy
Sorry, I should have pointed out. I know the rectangular shaped one is the voltage reducer. So the other is a noise suppressor for the radio?
Yes. In your first post you clearly stated the question. What is this condenser looking item along with saying that you knew what the voltage regulator was. So your good to go.
