What are ball joint torque specs

I am putting the front suspension back in my 69 RR. What are the torque specs on the ball joints, tie rods, and backing plate bolts? Also, is there a particular procedure for installing and loading the torsion bars or simply line up the hex and tighten the adjustment bolt? Thanks, Steven

Per the Service Manual for my 70 Charger:
Ball joint, Upper = 125 ft./lbs
nut-lower = 85 ft./lbs
nut-upper = 100 ft./lbs

Tie Rod ends:
tie rod sleeve clamp bolt nut 115 in./lbs.
tie rod stud nut = 40 ft./lbs.
