Can anyone tell me what these seats came out of?

Don't recognize the back but the fronts look like 70 chally seats

E body or 71 up b body.

70-2 B/E have hard backs and none have the release on the back like those.

Yep, I can't recall ever seeing the seatback release on the back like that...I certainly haven't seen it all though!

a car, truck or van...LOL... sorry I don't recognize them from any Mopars I've owned, kind of look GM'ish, mid 70's Vega, Monza, Ventura, Starfire etc. possibly ??
