What I have is a 1970 440 that came in my gtx, my dad rebuilt the motor about 10 years ago,, but it dont have maybe 100 miles on it,, at most ,he redone the motor first then had the body work ect....the car looks great but the drive train needs lots of work,,440 auto tranny and 292 gear,, the 440 is stock with a big cam , too much cam,, he dont remember the specific cam,, it has lots of overlap,, ground pounder,, it sounds great , i hate to do anything to it but no low end power,,
Heres what I have , what cam do I need? 1970 440 , stock bore stroke, headers , and msd, 750 holly,,,I need lope overlap , I know its hard to have low 3nd power with alot of overlap,,.? Id give upa little power for sound.. it has a auto with stall tork,, but im going with a 4 speed
