Hi , I have 2 intake manifolds edelbrock performer and a edelbrock Ld4b what would be the best one to install on my 360 motor ? Thank You

Witch ever one is taller ! That will get you more/better flow unless you have clearance issues then the performer is good I think the other is about an inch taller

Isn't a LD4B a stock intake, in aluminum?

RPM air gap
I have tried many intakes and carbs on my 360 including an STR12 and by far the best all around was the air gap

The LD4B is an excellent intake manifold for a 318. The ports are small for the 318 though. If it were me I would sell the LD4B as it does have some value to the 318 273 guys and get either an LD340 or Performer RPM or Performer RPM air gap. Alot has to do with your build and engine specifics. If you could find a factory cast iron 340 or 360 intake you would be performance wise ahead of the standard performer. Only draw back is the cast iron does weigh more.

Both those have 318 (small) size runners and are best used on 318 and 273s.

Sell them both for a RPM or RPM-Air Gap.
