What would be a good starting price for this car?

A friend has a 68 satelite factory 318 auto. No rust in this car anywhere. They pulled the small block out and put a 440 out of a 69 with a 4 speed in it. Car is still wearing it's light green factory paing. Needs to be put back together as the hood grille and bumpers are off.

Hard to say w/o pics. Anywhere from 5k-12k.

If it truly has "No rust in this car anywhere" then the shell alone could be worth $5,000. Assuming that it's a two door, which hasn't been stated. People spend more than that just replacing rusted parts on their cars.

As for the rest, whatever the parts are worth. Is the interior good? Was the rear end upgraded to meet the 440's output? What's it worth to you?
