what year is this transmission? lock out or non?

so I've tried to figure this out on my own with no luck so i guess its time to ask the professionals!

i want to get a mancini rebuild kit but i need to know a little more info...

here are the numbers on the side of the trans.

PK3410669 3014 3170
OC 17838

need to know the year and if it is a non lock up. thanks for all the help! i tried asking mancini directly but they were not helpful at all.

also if anyone can suggest a better kit please do. i like theirs because it comes with a deep oil pan for $210 total
