I have a 1972 Charger that is almost completely restored from the ground up. Car originally had a 318 727 auto Medium metallic green bench seats half vinyl top. Car is now a 383 727 combo, engine and tranny are matching numbers set, with front buckets and still set up for vinyl but not on the car yet. Only thing that remains to be done to the car is a stereo system, seat covers and a vinyl top. The entire car was torn down soda blasted patched/replaced with steel not fiber glass or tin. The engine was professionally rebuilt put back to stock with a four barrel carb, tranny was rebuilt as well. Everything that was done on this car was personally done by me and my father to the best of our ability's or under our supervision the right way no cutting corners. I have pictures to document the pretty much whole resto and receipts for almost every part for the car. Which I could spend hours listing everything done to it. So Ill post a few pictures and from this information looking for a FAIR asking price to get out of it if it comes down to me having to sell the car.

nice car.....one question ....will that 8-1/4 rear end hold up to the 383 ?

nice :headbang::grin:

Put in a proper FACTORY radio, finish the seats and add vinyl, should bring 15-16k. You will lose out big time if you sell unfinished - as it is, probably 11-12k. These are real world prices for the north east. Nice car, the flat hood and the rear knock it down a couple pegs, but not drastically.

The rules require a price.

I dont think hes trying to sell, just getting a number what its worth.I personally hate these type threads because they open the door for someone to be insulting with their opinion.

Yes and no; as we have all heard, the car is only worth "what someone is willing to pay for it." In this case, we know the poster may have to sell his car, but a good percentage of these threads may be just for seat-of-the-pants appraisals to know what the car should be insured for. Or, someone who is looking to trade/buy and is unfamiliar with values of A vs B or B vs E, etc. Who knows, only the posters do for sure.
