The easiest way i found to remove a driver side door window, was to wait for a cold day, roll the window all the way down, and shut the door really hard. But then you have to remove all the little pieces of window from inside the door. Ya don't wanna know how I found this out..... Seriously though, I am assuming they are manual windows, roll window about halfway down, remove the window crank, latch handle, armrest/bezel, then door panel (can be done carefully with a narrow plastic drywall knife). Peel away the plastic liner. Pop out the plastic rivet holding the window to the lift bracket, and it should lift right out. The rivet is a 2 piece. You may have to replace that when you're done as the do have a tendency to break.

^^ That's about right but if your 65 is like my 64 there are instead two round metal clips holding each window rail to the regulator arm studs. You can pop these off with a very small screwdriver.

That pretty much sums it up. I've also heard these clips referred to as "Jesus clips". As in "Jesus, that clip just flew into the darkest corner of my shop".
