What is standard wheel offset on a 66 belvedere and how much is too much? want to fill the fenderwells with 15" but do not want to rub?

A 15x7 with 4.5 inch back spacing and a 275-60-15 would be just about perfect. I'm sure others will join in and give their thoughts. This is for the rear.

Front same rim size and a 245-60-15.

Just put a straight edge on the brake drum with the tire off and measure how much offset you need? Mines a 69 charger with 14 inches 7 each way (zero offset).
