Looking for 14 inch x 4 1/2 wheel for 62 Dodge Dart.
Does not have to be pretty, just with good holes.
If anybody in the Schuylkill county, PA area has one

Not looking to spend a ton of money for it.

Lug size. They are 4 1/2 inch center on the lugs holes

they all are 4 1/2" bolt circle, so for clarity sake, asking for a size and width is the starting point, and then if getting only a 62 to 65 style is important, would make sense.
68 and newer are common as dirt, so your objective of cheap , should be achievable locally.

I assume it is 5" wide. Need it for my spare tire.
Wheel now has oval holes.
