Where do the front seatbelts go on a 1970 dodge charger

In the bolt holes..

Bench or buckets, still in the floor pan holes + the shoulder belt bolted into the roof forward of the C pillar + 2 belt holder brackets to fold the belt up into.

For bench or buddy-seat fronts, double seat belts on left side - front & rear - single on right.
