The items in the bottom picture are plastic, which would pretty much make them the only plastic anywhere on the exterior of the car, so I wasn't sure if they belonged with the car. Thanks again!
Just in case anyone was wondering, the middle pics shows the plates used to retain the foil faced insulation pack that was laid on the valley pan at the factory. Not sure if anyone has ever seen that, but some of the older guys might have. I have only seen it once or twice myself.
You don't really have install them as they do nothing for you, unless you put some insulation in there...
