I have a 66 Belvedere II Hardtop coupe with bucket seats.

I don't think it's ever had seatbelts, but may be wrong.

I bought the following belts for it: http://www.classicindustries.com/product/mopar/parts/mb173212.html

Where should they attach? Are there any pre drilled and tapped holes from the factory in the floor pan?

Do they bolt to the seat itself?

If I have to drill holes I would plan to use some kind of spreader plate on the underside of the car....

Thanks

It should have pre drilled holes with nuts in the floor pan from the factory! The outside holes are located in the rocker panel!
