Which Balancer

[1969 beep beep]

I am in the market for a harmonic balancer. I see 440 source carries one for around $140 and mancini racing also has one for roughly $170. Anybody have any luck with these?

Well currently 300hp, but want something good for 500hp.

I use the Pro Sport one that I bought from Mancini and paid about $180 I believe. It works fine on my 493 stroker and it leaves the pulley in the stock location so all the belts line up. And it is SFI approved. Ron

Defiantly get a SFI approved, fluid damper is what I run on my 493 still working so I guess it's good lol. Externally balanced due to the crank on the stroker kit.
