Hello Gents,

It's been a while since I’ve been able to pick back up on my build for my 70 Roadrunner. I have a 6.4 crate engine with the Holley Terminator X Max system.

I’m wondering if anyone else has used the Holley DBW pedal and had any good/bad experience with it? Or should I find a different DBW pedal to use for my application? Also- did anyone build a mounting bracket for this?

The Holley pedal looks generic, so I’m just curious what kind of headache I will run into.

Thanks in advance,
Thomas

I am using a pedal from a Jeep Cherokee. I cannot say how well it works (or doesn't) because the car isn't running but I can say that the pedal is made decently and Holley has a harness for it.

Ahh ok. I think I heard of someone using a Jeep Cherokee pedal but didn’t realize Holley made a harness that would work for the X-max. I will have to check that out. Thanks for that

The holley pedal is a mopar LX/LC pedal, so challenger/charger/300. Its the same part number that comes with the mopar kits. It will bolt in, just need new holes. I believe i had to shim the bottom left bolt out with a 1/4 inch spacer. If you are using a 727 or 518, bolt it right over top of your existing pedal bracket, and let the new pedal push your old lever for kickdown. Works great with a lokar style cable. I'll find a pic.
