Yes they are the larger 10 inch dog dish caps. The 10 inch was used from 1967 and down and changed to 9 inch caps after 1967. I have a set of factory 5.5x15 inch steel wheels which were used on early 1960,s dodge half ton trucks. They are very hard to come by and expensive. I also have a 66 Belvedere that have later 15x6 steels wheels but bought some adapters from a guy on ebay a couple of years ago. They are basically rubber hose made into a ring.I am currently running standard dog dishes on 15" rims. I believe from some research that these ones are actually larger diameter than the dog dish's, and they fit on 14" rims? I may be way off. I would hate to go to 14" rims.
They attach with black silicone gasket sealer. I have had mine on 2 years and no issues. But the 66 caps are 10 inch and the 14 inch rims are what came factory.Yes they are the larger 10 inch dog dish caps. The 10 inch was used from 1967 and down and changed to 9 inch caps after 1967.
