which way does this go radiator tray or splash gaurd ( for 1968 gtx )

Hi guys. I have a 1968 gtx and have that pan or tray or splash gaurd that goes on the bottom of the radiator that attaches to the bumper. The problem is I took it off 9 years ago. Does it bolt to the bottom of the front bumper ? Does the tray part face up or down? I would think the tray points up but dont want to do this twice. Thanks for your help.

I know what you are going thru! It's been since 1998 or so when I began to take my 68 Hemi RR apart. I did bag & label a bunch of stuff during dissassembly , but a lot of my parts walked when the resto shop I was using vaporized (along w/ a lot of my dollars). I'm going to be asking a lot of questions when I start reassembly on mine. I hope I've answered your question. I took some photos of what I think you're referring to. It's a bumper assemby (laying upside-down) yanked off a 68 Satellite but the "gravel pan" should mount the same way.
