I am getting ready to buy an aftermarket wiring harness. I'm guessing a 21 circuit so I will be able to expand later. I would like to hear your recommendations. I will be running a 440, electric fuel pump, and head light relays for now. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Dolphin EZ wire harness 159.00 Better made than painless. No body makes a modern wire harness, You can buy a retro harness from year one when it is 30 percent off. But its just old style and way behind the times. Call Mark hamilton from Mad electric he will set you up with Relays to modernize a wire harness that will eliminate the Amp Gauge and spend under 400.00 for everything. Ron Francis makes a nice harness but not an exact replacement also. The last guy is Rebel Harness all made in USA and really nice people.

I used American Auto wire (I believe it was 21 circuit). Good quality, labeled wires, nice fuse box, easy to install, all around happy with it for the money. I agree with Snakeoil "might as well bring it up to date" and it's also a good time to ditch those high dollar switches for more readily available ones. Good luck

I have a 21 circuit rebel harness you can have for $200 shipped. I ended up going with a Ron francis

lxmodguy, why did you go with ron francis vs the harness you had? Just curious. Thanks Erik
