White bracket/spacer under steering column

Hi guys,

Sorry for the multiple questions but I am stripping the car down before bodywork and paint...

I lowered my steering column to remove the dash and had to remove 3 nuts from the bottom of the column that held it up. The bolts they were attached to each had a square white spacer around them.... One of my spacers broke and I was wondering if these are available anywhere?

M body is the same or nearly the same. IIRC one was blue/green instead of white.
Star washered nuts are the same and so are short bolts.

I'm guessing F body would be as well.
