Who do you use to rebuild electric headlight and wiper motors?

My 70 charger headlight motor is noisy and the plastic piece that holds the square rod is broken. Unfortunately it looks like it needs a rebuild. Being a one year part, and expensive, who is the go to guy for rebuilds? And any estimates on price? I will also need to get my 3 speed wiper motor done.
 
There is a guy that some have had good experience with. I don't remember his business name but his first name is Topher, as in ChrisTopher.
Bruce Somer rebuilds wiper motors and may also do headlight door motors.
 
Topher did my wiper motor & blower motor for my 68.. He does great work at honest prices.
