Dante's Parts ( http://www.dantesparts.com/ ) is who we used. Absolutely GREAT service! Wasn't sure on what color would match the tan door panels and seat trim best, and when I called them and told them that they immediately shipped me color swatches so I could lay them right on the door panels. Called them back and ordered and it came in about 2.5 weeks as promised. There is plenty of extra material to allow you to stretch it, and the pattern itself is an exact match to the original I pulled out. The one for my 64 was $79, so VERY good price for the quality.
