has anyone ever mounted a 235/70 X 15 on an 8 inch rim? THNX,,,LK

I have 1 on a 7"rim.... don't see why an 8 wouldn't work

It depends on what you mean by "fit". Yes it will mount up and hold air, but the designed rim width for a 235 MM section width tire is 7" and rims wider than 7" tend to be reverse offset ( Negative ) tire is pushed out of fender , more prone to rubbing.
