My passenger side door window is sagging about a 1/2 inch toward the back part of the door so it will not seal. If I take the handle and press it a little it will go to the right possiton but will sag again as you let off.

Is there any adjustment that could be made to fix this problem. I replace the regulator thinking that was the problem but that did not fix it (need to be replaced as some teeth were rounded). Any help would be great. Thanks

What shape are the rollers in? You may have missed one of the channels that a roller goes into, or one of the other guide channels have moved. I'd have to take a look to see what's up with it.

My guess is that the top front guide may have broken. They are made of plastic and there's one at the top and one at the bottom. If either of them break, it causes the window to cock when it's rolled up or down.

the roller is newand it only has one track about 6 to 8 inches long. I do know that the material that in the tracks need to be replaced so I will start looking for those replacement parts. Any idea where to get something like that? Web searh here I come!!!!!!!!!

There are all kinds of adjustments. Look where the tracks bolt to and you will see allen set screws and jam nuts or 1/4" bolts. Under the plastic plugs near the vent window are more adjustments. In the door jam you will see 1/4-20 nuts possibly over slotted holes. None of this is fresh in my head right now but the info should be in the FSM in the body section.
