Window clips? 1971 Plymouth SSP

This is for a 1971 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus. Anyone know what these are called, their purpose, where I can buy some and how I install? I shut the door after putting my 2 year old in his car seat and the passenger side one broke in half from rust. I cannot find them anywhere. There is only one on each side in top front of front windows.

It a small clip that is attached thru one of the gutter screws.
I need a few myself and I haven't seen them out there..

They are called anti-rattle clips. I have seen them on e-bay every once in awhile.
