Window crank knobs

Has anyone had any success in tightening loose crank knobs? Looks like some kind of rivet that holds them in place, and makes the pivot.

My cranks are in good shape, except the knobs being somewhat loose.

you should be able to peen the rivets down if their not flat worn out.
