Window felt (fuzzies) question: 63 Plymouth B

Question for anyone with a 63 Plymouth B Body Convertible: When looking at the quarter window exterior weatherstripping, does the split in the rubber go up or down? It is made in a V shape and can't remember whether the it installs with the V up or inverted. Thanks for looking.

Hi Dave-Can't see why a 2 door hardtop wouldn't have the same window felt/catswhisker but the "V" grove goes up on my car.
