Window felts

I received my new felts today. Which one is this. Driver or passenger side? Small chrome end tab is only on one side.

Shiny end goes at the rear edge of the door. No point in it being buried at the vent frame.

I asked to quick. Just figured that out. My paint guy put them in backwards. Thanks for your reply
