Window regulator/Door Guts 1970 RR

Hello everyone.. I've spent some time looking on Ebay and the assorted resellers of reproduction parts but not having any luck finding out what exactly the stud that the front corners vent window looking A frame part goes to inside the front doors at the bottom and on the front of the vent window frame. What i can see in the manuals i have found its just noted as a Rod and anti-rattler.. but no real detail on exactly what it is.

Anyone know of a reseller that has a door package or what they may be called?

* I added some pictures..I think its the correct type as mine is a 70 RR hardtop.
